Andrea has over 10 years of legal and recruitment experience and leads our legal practice globally. Prior to joining One Search Andrea built the in-house legal function of a boutique search firm.

Andrea specialises in placing lawyers in private equity, venture capital, debt and credit funds and a range of portfolio business across the UK, Europe, Middle East and the United States. From first legal hires, to team builds, Andrea has a strong track record of sourcing top tier legal talent at all levels across a variety of skill sets. She regularly speaks at legal conferences on the challenges and complexities of building an in-house legal function and is a trusted advisor to General Counsels globally on the topic.

When she isn’t being a spokesperson for her hometown in Canada, Andrea is often seen show casing her recently acquired British Citizenship by incorrectly delivering British slang.
