Isabella Clark

Isabella is a Principal in the EMEA Portfolio practice. She helps premier PE and VC firms optimise the strategic hiring of top-tier leaders for their portfolio companies across Infrastructure, Energy Transition, Circular Economy, Transport & Logistics, Digital Infra, Agriculture and Social sectors.

Isabella has over ten years’ experience in executive search and talent acquisition working at firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, Blackwood, and The Big Search, where she specialised in partnering with PE and VC clients and advising them on hiring leaders into their portfolio companies.

She joined One Search from Adyen, a leading global fintech company headquartered in Amsterdam, where she established and managed an internal executive search function assessing leadership teams and recruited senior executives and non-executives globally.

Outside work Isabella is a keen sailor and traveler with a lifelong passion for discovering new music and art.
