Kayleigh Zengin

Formerly with Egon Zehnder in London and bringing almost 7 years’ experience in executive search, Kayleigh joined One Search in early 2021 to take the lead on a wide range of initiatives within the organization. Many people have commented that she has one of the most important and challenging roles in the whole company, having to herd the One Search cats away from their day-to-day search work and channel their energies into projects such as our People Moves and Rising Stars publications, data analysis exercises, website relaunches, customer satisfaction surveys and much, much more!

In the agile working world of One Search, Kayleigh works from an idyllic spot on the Turkish coast, where she can be found at weekends fine tuning her paddle boarding skills at the local lagoon. She has wholeheartedly embraced Turkish culture, and loves nothing more than a delicious Turkish breakfast and a glass of çay.
