Ashley Gordon

Ashley joined the Credit practice in London in early 2024 to support clients with mid-to-senior hiring across the European banking and fund market. Since joining he has helped in scaling credit funds, project finance teams in multinational banks and corporate developers.

With a broader background of 10 years of senior search experience, Ashley most recently led the EMEA ESG offering for the Professional Services practice of a strategy focused search firm. In recent years Ashley has completed Partner & Director appointments and team build-outs across ESG, Energy & Infrastructure and Private Equity.

Ashley received a BA in Politics from the University of Leicester. Away from the office Ashley spends the majority of his time convincing his young daughter to become an Arsenal fan or retelling the story of the time he birdied the 18th hole at Wentworth Golf Club in front of the (empty) grandstand.
