Clare McKenna

Clare is a Senior Associate, based out of London, but operating across EMEA, the US, Middle East, and APAC. She is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Practice, with a focus towards Chief Financial Officer appointments.

Clare began her career based in Sydney retained on C-Suite and Board level for ASX100 and global privately owned businesses. After some time in Hong Kong, Clare relocated to London, joining a UK Tier 1 Search Firm, with a remit for Non-Executive Directors, Chair, and C-Suite appointments. Clare also spent some time leading on Partner and Managing Director appointments within Deal Advisory and Restructuring for Consulting and Advisory Firms. With a global remit, placements included a Restructuring Partner (Germany), a Transactions Partner (China), Turnaround Partner (Brazil), and a Private Equity Value Creation Partner (France).

Equipped with a Psychology Degree, Clare is now currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences. The rest of her spare time can be summed up by the “Three B’s”: books, bowling, and Bollinger.
