Daniel Marvin

Dan is a Principal in One Search’s Portfolio practice and is based in the New York office, where he focuses on recruiting and leadership consulting across C-Suite and board recruiting.  Previously Dan was a Principal at Odgers Berndtson, where he was a member of the Financial Services team, working with global asset management, hedge funds, private equity, wealth management, and insurance companies.  His expertise ranges across industries from smaller private companies to larger publicly traded companies.  Prior to executive search, Dan was an Associate on the REIT team at Ipreo, a Blackstone and Goldman Sachs subsidiary, where he advised management teams on broader trading themes in the public market, strategic investor relations initiatives, and capital market activities.

Dan holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University, where he captained the soccer team. Outside of work, Dan is an avid traveler and sports fan.
