Harry Buss

Harry is a Principal in the EMEA Equity Practice. He focuses on serving the continued growth and diversification of investors in renewables and energy transition businesses across the region. His work covers the investment and asset management divisions of fund managers as well as strategic market participants such as utilities, OEMs and IPPs.

Harry re-joined One Search in 2024 following three years at a global executive search firm where he was a member of the Financial Services Practice. Here, he advised a broad range of financial institutions and private equity investors on c-suite and supervisory board appointments around the world.

During his earlier tenure at One Search, Harry played a role in establishing and building the equity practice into a market leading capability, working with independent and institutional investors alongside corporate players as they sought to establish and augment their clean energy investment groups.
