As our first American employee appointed in 2018, Patrick has played an integral role in developing our presence in the Americas. He currently leads our Equity practice in North America and partners with some of the leading Private Equity & Venture Capital firms on exec-level searches.

Throughout his career, Patrick has built a strong base of domestic clients in North America and partners closely with his European counterpart, Liam, to support international investors in their expansion to the USA. He has supported firms such as Apollo, Partners Group, Antin Infrastructure Partners, and Energy Impact Partners on multi-hire projects of work along with many others.

Prior to One Search, Patrick had specialized in the Energy & Infrastructure Finance market where his relationships with Venture and Growth-stage Investor clients at the time brought out his passion for the innovation and emerging technologies that support and service the industry. In the current era of “transition” Patrick has provided talent consultation to dozens of asset managers in the launch of new investment products driving sustainability and ESG-related thematic.

Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in the Bronx where he played NCAA Division I Water Polo. An aquatic sports aficionado, he has turned his focus to competitive Marathon Swimming and completed a 28.5 mile solo swim around the island of Manhattan that he called home for so many years. Beyond solely participating, Patrick is the founder of a non-profit that hosts an annual marathon swim and uses all net proceeds to allocate science and research grants to the ocean and marine conservation community.
