Pete Hughes

Pete joined One Search in 2024 to lead the Investor Relations and Fundraising Practice for EMEA and APAC. He works closely with leading Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Debt funds on senior level hires across the full breadth of the Investor Relations and Capital Formation function.

He has over 12 years of experience in senior-level executive search, having held previous roles with Sheffield Haworth, Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles. Pete has an extensive track record of leading and delivering executive level distribution and investment searches for buyside clients globally.

Pete is a passionate cyclist and has completed the London to Paris bike ride twice. He is an avid Arsenal fan which has become significantly more enjoyable in recent years.
