Tommy Top

Tommy leads our IR & Fundraising Practice in North America where he has built his network and reputation over the last decade.  Tommy began his career in Melbourne, Australia placing Sales and Marketing leaders for some of Australia’s financial institutions before relocating to New York in 2013.

Since then, he has continued to grow his track record executing high level placements at some of the industry’s top Executive Search boutiques, working across Private Equity, Infrastructure and Investment Banking. Given Australia’s history within Infrastructure, Tommy has enjoyed helping historically Australian Asset Managers to build their businesses in North America, as well as placing top Australian talent into leadership positions internationally. Within Infrastructure and Real Assets, Tommy has helped to build teams for the likes of Macquarie Group, Vantage Infrastructure (previously Hastings Funds Management), Digital Bridge and Glenfarne Group.

Outside of work, Tommy is an avid traveller, sport fan and pet enthusiast. On any given day you can find him at a sports bar around the world petting the nearest animal.
